• Selected features: You can download the filtered paths that best differentiate your phenotype. This section is only available when selecting filter paths option.
• Pathway viewer: Visualization of the selected features. This section is only available when selecting filter paths option. In this case, the pathway viewer only shows the pathways that have been used for the prediction.
